Grievance Procedure under The Americans with Disabilities Act

This procedure is established to align with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). It may be used by anyone wishing to file a complaint alleging discrimination based on disability concerning services or benefits on A.K. Rikk's Shopify website.
